Compatibility and Usage

Charge the earbuds and case as needed, then pair them through the compatible device’s Bluetooth settings. Select the earbuds for audio playback and for calls where supported. Fit each earpiece comfortably and test playback before a longer session; correct placement helps you use the controls without repeatedly repositioning the earbuds.

Return the earbuds to the case between uses and check that they sit properly on the charging contacts. Any quoted total playback with the case includes recharging sessions. Actual runtime depends on volume, calls, wireless conditions and features such as noise cancellation where the model provides them.

Keep the case within reach when removing the earbuds so the small earpieces have a consistent storage place. After use, check that both have been returned and the case closes normally. Choose listening settings and a comfortable volume appropriate to the surroundings rather than increasing volume to cover outside noise.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does total playback mean one uninterrupted session?

No. When a total includes the charging case, it combines earbud listening with later recharges. Use the separate earbud runtime, where specified, to estimate a single session.

What should I check if an earbud does not charge?

Check the case battery, earbud placement and charging contacts. Keep contacts clean and dry, and make sure the earpiece sits in its intended side of the case.

How do I use the earbuds with a calling app?

Pair them with the device and select the correct audio input and output in the app. Test the connection before starting an important call or online meeting.

What should I check when changing the audio source?

Confirm the earbuds are connected to the intended device and selected for playback. A previously paired phone or computer may retain the connection, so check the active source before troubleshooting volume or calling settings.
