Compatibility and Usage

Connect the station to an appropriate power source before placing devices on their matching positions. Check that each phone, watch or earbud case supports the required charging method. The charging area intended for one device category should not be assumed to work with every other accessory that fits physically.

Position each device carefully and confirm its charging indicator. For magnetic phone charging, use the appropriate phone or case alignment. A thick case or an object between the device and charging surface can interfere with the connection. Adjust the stand on a stable surface before leaving devices in place.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the station work without a power connection?

No. This is a charging station that needs a suitable external power source. It should not be treated as a portable battery simply because it can fold for storage.

Will every phone receive the maximum wireless power?

No. The phone’s supported standard, alignment, case and operating conditions determine accepted power. The listed maximum describes capability with suitable compatible equipment.

What should I check when charging does not start?

Confirm power input, device compatibility and alignment. Check that the device is on the correct position and remove objects that prevent it from sitting as intended.

What matters when choosing a place for the station?

Use a stable surface with space for the devices and input cable. Make sure each charging position is accessible so you can place and remove equipment without disturbing another device or pulling the station sideways.
