Compatibility and Usage

Set up the mouse with its supported receiver or Bluetooth connection, then test movement on a suitable desk surface. Select a sensitivity setting that lets the pointer travel comfortably across your screen. A higher DPI setting moves farther for the same hand movement, so choose it according to preference.

Where several device connections are supported, make sure the intended computer is selected before clicking. Check the battery or charging status before a long work session. Keep the wireless receiver and mouse within a workable range, and review operating-system pointer settings if movement feels too fast or too slow.

A comfortable mouse position keeps the device close enough that you do not need to reach repeatedly. Leave a clear movement area beside the keyboard and choose settings that suit routine navigation. When switching computers, pause to confirm the active connection before selecting or dragging items on the screen.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which DPI setting should I use?

Start with a moderate setting and adjust until movement feels controlled on your display. Screen size, resolution and personal preference matter more than simply choosing the highest available number.

Does quiet clicking mean the mouse makes no sound?

No. Quiet-click design reduces the clicking characteristic, but scrolling, movement and surface contact can still produce sound during normal use.

What should I check if the pointer stops moving?

Check power, the selected connection mode and the host connection. Confirm the receiver or pairing where applicable, then test the mouse on another suitable surface.

Can operating-system settings affect pointer behaviour?

Yes. System sensitivity and acceleration settings can change how movement feels alongside the mouse’s DPI selection. Adjust one setting at a time, then test ordinary pointing and dragging until the response feels consistent for your work.
